All orders must be pre-paid in U.S. funds before shipment. We do not ship C.O.D. Orders using money orders, credit cards or Paypal will ship within a week (providing we have the item in stock) and checks will require the order to be held for 10 days till the check clears the bank. See "Shipping" for more information on our shipping policy.
Please do not email us your credit card information. We do NOT have a secure server.
You can email us the order at, but it will not ship until payment has been received. You can also email us the order and then call us with your credit card information or pay us through Paypal (see info below). To mail us your order, the address is:

For phone orders, please call (260) 758-2332 between 10AM and 5 PM Eastern Standard time Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sunday.
For Fax orders, print out an order form, fill it out, making sure you include all your contact & payment information, then fax it to us at 1-866-209-5229.
Since we do not have an onsite store, we do not keep regular hours. If you call and no one is near the phone, please leave a message on our answering machine with your name & phone number, and we will be happy to return your call as soon as we can within business hours. Please do not leave your order on our machine. Often it is difficult to understand what is being said and we sure would hate to mess up your order.
Restocking charge: A restocking charge of 15% will be charged on all items returned for reasons other than defect or wrong item shipped. No shipping charges will be refunded by us and you must pay for shipping to return the item or items to us.
We accept Paypal payments. (For more information, visit www.paypal.com.) This can be from an existing balance, a bank account, or a credit card. At this time (until we get a better system in place), you may email us your order, or call us, and then send payment via Paypal. The "recipient email" for our account is . Shipment would be within a couple of days of our receipt of your payment if the items are in stock. If we do not have the item in stock, we will let you know & give you an estimated shipment date. If you do not wish to wait, you may cancel your order and we will issue you a refund.
With any method of payment - if the item you order is out of stock, we will inform you of this and give you an estimate as to when we will have it available. You will be given the option to cancel the order or wait until it is available. All prices are subject to change without notice. See "shipping" to figure your shipping costs. And if you are an Indiana resident, don't forget the sales tax. We cannot ship until all costs have been paid.
